We took the children for a walk around a rather big lake the other day. It is apparently 3km all the way around, I have a feeling it could be the place for many walks. It is really beautiful and full of swans, ducks, and other birds. The children call it Pandora after the movie Avatar (which they watched on the plane over.....whatever it took to keep them happy was allowed!). I haven't seen the movie yet (and refuse to do so after some choice comments from its director) but this place does provide a haven amongst the bustle of the city.

The pond full of lillypads, the kids searched endless for a frog, but none was found.
The ducks are so use to people that if you stop they come right up to you and wait to be fed. It is like a lake full of Oliver Twists. "Please Sir, can I have some more!"
